Our Story
In the summer of 2008, a small group of like-minded food services professionals got together to create a new concept. Utilizing their years of experience and love of carbohydrates, they created "max n cheese".
We feature hand tossed macaroni and cheese, made with fresh pasta and our own creamy cheese sauce. Add to that your choice of 12 different toppings for a perfect snack made just for you. We also feature several premium combinations, such as chopped bbq brisket, spicy chili, and our own tex mex version with bacon, jalapenos, and pico de gallo.
